Making edible mushrooms from coffee grounds

Vienna is growing. Fortunately, awareness of environment and health is rising as well. New ways of doing and living are necessary to further strengthen this awareness. For food, this means, among other things, to produce it where it is needed. That’s why we run agriculture in the city. For the breeding of our oyster mushrooms we use what already exists: coffee grounds, which would end up in the garbage. Sounds unusual? Then come with us on a journey of discovery!
