Rubies in the Rubble is a condiments brand with a difference. Our ingredients have to pass a taste test, not a beauty contest. We save aesthetically-challenged fresh fruit and veg from being discarded after they’ve been rejected by supermarkets. We work directly with farmers to celebrate the whole harvest’s crop and make sure all their hard work doesn’t go to waste. We then turn them into award-winning relishes, compotes and sauces to prove that it’s what’s on the inside that counts.
